Quotations and orders
Any prices shared are quotations only and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Product availability, pricing, and minimum order quantities may change without notice. An order is confirmed only once we have agreed the details with you in writing and any required advance is received.
Customisation and branding
For branded or customised items, you are responsible for supplying correct artwork and approving samples or proofs before production. Printed colours, materials, and finishes may vary slightly from on-screen images or samples due to the nature of the products and printing process.
Payment and delivery
Payment terms are as stated on the confirmed quotation or invoice. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by stock, customisation, and courier factors. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Shahid Brothers and may not be copied or reused without permission. Logos and artwork you supply to us remain your property and are used only to fulfil your order.
Limitation of liability
